TallyDay
App Support

Let’s get it
sorted out.

Find help with purchase restoration, subscription management, iCloud sync, and data safety. TallyDay does not require an account, and your ledgers and diary stay on your device by default.

For billing, refunds, or subscription status, never send your Apple Account password, verification code, or full payment receipt. The developer cannot access your password or issue an Apple refund directly.

Common questions

Start here

My VIP purchase is not active
  1. Make sure the device uses the Apple Account that made the purchase.
  2. Stay online and open the VIP page.
  3. Tap “Restore Purchases” and wait for verification to finish.
Manage or cancel an annual subscription

Open Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions, then select TallyDay. Deleting the app does not cancel an active subscription.

Request a refund

App Store transactions are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with the purchasing Apple Account, and submit your request.

iCloud is not updating

Check that both devices use the same Apple Account, iCloud is enabled for TallyDay, the network is available, and iCloud storage is not full. Initial sync and photo-heavy data can take longer.

What is the difference between sync and backup?

Sync keeps data consistent across devices. Backup creates a restorable backup file. A backup must be retrieved using “Restore from iCloud” inside the app.

Can I recover data after deleting the app?

Data stored only on the device and never synced or backed up may not be recoverable. Before changing devices or deleting the app, confirm that iCloud sync has completed or create an iCloud backup.
