BeadCube Terms of Use
1. Eligibility
You must be able to enter a binding agreement where you live. If you are not old enough, use the App only after a parent or guardian reviews and accepts these Terms. Guardians should supervise photo and sharing features and all physical crafting involving an iron.
2. License
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the App personally on Apple-branded devices you own or control, as permitted by App Store Usage Rules. The App is licensed, not sold.
3. Your content
You retain rights you lawfully hold in your photos, patterns, and projects. You are responsible for having permission to import, edit, export, or share them and must not infringe copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or other rights. Because content is stored locally, we cannot recover lost projects for you; maintain your device and backups.
4. Acceptable use
You may use the App’s tools and exports for personal creativity and lawful commercial making. You may not use the App to violate law, defraud or harass others, infringe rights, bypass paid features, defeat security, distribute malicious code, interfere with services, or reverse-engineer except to the extent applicable law expressly permits.
5. Purchases and subscriptions
Pro may be offered as an auto-renewing subscription or one-time purchase. Products, prices, trials, and renewal conditions are those shown on the purchase screen and App Store confirmation. Apple processes payment. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account; refunds follow Apple policy and applicable law. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.
6. Pattern, color, and structure results
Photo conversion, color matching, bead counts, physical dimensions, background removal, structure warnings, and 3D ironing previews are creative aids and estimates. Displays, lighting, material batches, brands, and ironing conditions vary. We do not promise an exact physical match or that every weak connection will be detected. You remain responsible for purchasing materials, cutting, ironing, and the finished item’s use.
7. Craft safety
Fuse-bead crafting may involve a hot iron, heated paper, small parts, and sharp tools. Follow material and equipment instructions, ventilate the area, have an adult handle heat, and supervise children. Beads may present ingestion or choking hazards and are unsuitable for unsupervised young children.
8. Intellectual property and brands
The App’s code, interface, branding, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Perler, Hama, Artkal, MARD, COCO, and other brand names and color codes may belong to their respective owners. Compatibility and color references do not imply affiliation, authorization, or endorsement.
9. Third-party services and external links
The App Store, StoreKit, system photo picker, system share sheet, and optional iCloud synchronization are supplied by Apple or a destination you select and remain subject to their terms. Enabling iCloud sync stores project content in the private iCloud container associated with your Apple Account; turning sync off does not automatically delete copies already held in iCloud or on other devices. Apple is not a party to these Terms but may enforce applicable App license provisions as a third-party beneficiary.
External-link import connects directly to the website you submit and its referenced image servers. We do not control third-party availability, content, security, data handling, or authorization status, and do not guarantee that every link can be recognized. Submit only content that you trust and have the right to access, copy, and use, and accept the risks of accessing third-party services.
10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the App is supplied “as is” and “as available,” without warranties that may lawfully be excluded. Liability for data loss, wasted material, color variance, failed crafts, and indirect or consequential loss is limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law. Non-waivable consumer rights remain unaffected.
11. Suspension, termination, and changes
Your license may terminate if you materially breach these Terms. We may update, change, or discontinue features for security, compatibility, operational, or legal reasons. We will revise the effective date when these Terms change and provide notice of material changes where required.
